hahaha much better today!!! but stil feel quite tired n seem tat my sore throat is back again... maybe i wil take some more med later... as long as the headache dosen come back n look for me again, i wil be very happy (^_^) worked late last night... diff amt of exp does have alot of diff, learnt alot of stuff from my collegaue last night... n thank God tat she is the friendly n helpful type towards junior staff... hee hee today have more things to handle n hopefully i can be more sharp in order to deliver higher level of precision n accuracy hahaha... i was real blur yesterday anyway... i tink headaches really eat into my brain hahaha... when i looked back at some things tat i did yesterday, i can do nothing but jux laughed (^_^)

Pray hard tat my proficiency test for 2 test is ok hahaha... already submitted one set of results up n awaiting for approval, results for another test wil only be out today... hopefully everything is well... but... touch wood... hahaha jux repeat ba (^-^) only my boss wil "tiao jiao" hahaha...

like to thank my mum n mas for ur kind support n listening ears recently... esp mas cos he had his plate full but stil willing to listen to some of my erm, i guess should be questions on some things... hahaha n soon yy, we wil be listening ears for each other hahaha... looking forward to meet u in the next few days... oh yes, flor if u r free on either wed or thurs nite, let one of us noe n we can arrange for dinner together (^_^) been some time since yy, u n me got together!!!

luckily my jelly turns out to be fine!!! hahaha else i have to repeat again... last time my pos control didn come out... finally everything is out n well tis time!!! but somehow the bottom of the film has some sort of "crack"... hopefully it is acceptable though else i have to repeat again!!! my boss is already blowing (tink in mandarin) or rather inquiring, to be polite... hahaha going to complete my stuff tat had been lying in my cupboard for a wk, so far tis is the longest which i had been holding on to... hee hee hee... guess i am getting lazier (^_^) hahaha gotta go... may cont after i get home...

aiyo... my gel is giving me problem again!!! haiz... my pos control didn come out for one of the row again!!! hmph... how come i get it again... all the suai suai things... n tis time round my gel dosen look good... haiz hopefully the gel wil be ok after drying n pressing... hahaha maybe i should relax n sit back for awhile n not tink too much... jux now when i was casting my gel, a senior staff came n told me not to cool my gel too long n i jux reply wif a "ah"... actually when i tink back, felt tat i am a bit rude... though i was concentrating n looking at problematic areas on gel, it was stil quite bad of me hor... aiyo... cant seem to do things right... so sad...

hey testimonial for laughter therapy, it works!!! though i was a little sick yesterday but jokes n crap over dinner cured me of my illness. Hahaha nana thanks for the entertainment last night... oh yes florence u made my day too (^-^) the 10-minute talk somehow lifted my spirits thankie... umm... though i felt better today but lack of zzz ah... watched "Project Runway" last night... not all tat fantastic compared to season 1... perhaps jux like nana said, have to wait till a month or so later den the heat wil start moving in hahaha... umm... looking forward to wkend... haiz i tink when i start studying, i wil no longer enjoy wkends... sob sob...

boo hoo... looks like i am really down with flu... aiyo whenever nana is sick i oso get it... but nowadays we didn really meetup tat often ah... shouldn have spread btw us ba... haiz... my colleague is leaving soon... haiz looks like wat some of us used to discuss casually yesterday became fact... umm... but come to tink of it, it is very normal for ppl to move on after sometime... guess the timing is different for each of us... well hope tat my timing won be coming tat fast... hahaha jux left 2 diff companies in time frame of 1 yr plus... anyway, life is so unstable hahaha... jux like our emotions... so jux let it affect us for awhile den let it go ba... else very tiring ah (^-^)

Great time catching up with old friend

though the day was overall a "down" day for me, but my primary school fren made my day... though we didn really spent long time together but the hr was meaningful... time flies... previously we were stil young little gals n today we each have our own profession... hahaha... the question on which university i should go is getting on my nerve as well... umm... perhaps i shouldn have itchy hands n apply for more than 1 hahaha... but if i had known earlier, den there must be something wrong wif me hahaha... well... umm... when wil i get an ans to my questions leh... looking forward to it (^-^)

2 movies in a wk is really too much...

been occupied wif other stuff for the past few days... but having 2 movies in a wk is too "hectic" for me... hahaha guess becos 1 was not so enjoyable, the other was a bit hard to understand... umm...well if u guys have been reading my blog, u wil noe tat earlier in tat wk, me went to watch "Poseidon" with my ex-colleagues (friends is a better word (^_^) )... n on sat, went to watch "The Voice" wif nana... the most enjoyable part was simply having the whole cinema to ourselves!!! well, tat was wat we tot n assume thru out the whole show, till we exit from the cinema hahaha... there was another middle-age couple sitting at the back n who noes wat they r doing???!!! hahahaha no weird noises heard but the sound effect may have covered it though, hahaha naughty naughty me to have said tat (^-^) umm anyway, the show was not scary at all... in fact i had to pretend tat i am afraid hahaha... there were many anti-climax in the show n teh story did not flow well... perhaps i had high hopes for the sequel after watching wishing stairs, tat's y i am so disappointed... hope my next highly anticipated show, X Men III, will not be disappointing... hahaha going home soon... going to pack up now... ho ho ho!!!

Nintendo Wii - I am truly impressed!!!!

oh my, jux finished reading reports from E3 on Wii, PS3 n Xbox 360... Lots of kisses for Nintendo (^_^),Wii is going to be my next-have console. The whole concept of Wii, the innovative move wif the low price tag for both console n games is really too hard for me to stay calm!!! Definitely looking forward to the launch n wil try ways n means to get my hand on the first-launch unit!!! hahaha tis piece of exciting news marked a great start for my day!! though there wil be auditing today n i am a little worried abt it cos i am in the least prepared but guessed i wil jux have to pull thru hahaha... hopefully they don fail becos i flop hahaha... tinking of watching Voice wif nana on fri or sat... but wondering if it is worth it... hahaha anyway, i am still pretty tired today though i zzz early last night... guess i wil need to concuss for 12 hrs all the way with no interuptions before i can recover(^-^)... coming to tink of it, today is thurs!!! oh yeah, tomo is fri!!! yes yes yes!!! hahaha looking forward to my wkend(^_^)...

Not enough zzz ah...

Yawnz... haiz... half a day had passed n i am still surviving hooray (^-^) guess i had too great a time last night watching poseidon n having dinner wif friends tat i had difficulty falling asleep hahaha... it's been sometime since we went out together esp wif Mr Uncle Ah Lee hahaha... can c tat he is no longer tat stress n his "len xiao hua gong li" is getting better. Looking forward to the next gathering which should be next wk i guess... KTV session hahaha... n after tat should be movie session again... X men III i guess... umm... tat bunch of ppl is really a crazy n fun lot to be together... thanks guys for the entertainment last night... anyway, i guess i provided enough entertainment for all of u too (^_^)

Attacked by the blur virus... Brain not functioning well...

i tink i am getting blurrer n blurrer each day... forget to prep this forget to prep tat for my training... aiyo... but today's energy lv is on the high side (^-^) hahaha... n now i only have little paper work left hohoho... though i am bitten by the blur virus, looks like some of my colleagues are still the victims of flu virus... oh is there something in the environment or jux tat stress n tiredness jux make everything worst???

N sometimes i wonder if my blurness recently had made my heart sharper instead... hope tat wo mei you xiang tai duo... cos they r ppl that i come into contact pretty often n the last thing i ever wan is to get tied up in lovey dovey issues wif them (-_-) haiz...

A weird weird thing tat i came across today... 2 different ppl in 2 different location asked me the same question 30 min apart... hahaha... i gave 1 the 90% ans n the other a politically correct ans which i tink is only worth 50... ummm... wonder if i did the right thing... but anyway, teh underlying truth is tat i don like to work for money hahaha... money is my slave, i am not a slave to money... i may need it to survive on tis very earth but it is not worth me to sell my time, my life for it... a bit contradictory??? not sure though (^_^)

Start of a busy week, end of a long wkend

hahaha been some days since i wrote my blog again :-D umm... had a long long wkend n finally finish watching Monster !!! Wat a nice anime, highly recommend u to watch it, though it is a bit long ;-D haiz my eye infection had not fully recover yet ah... stil a little bit swollen... was joking wif kk tat my niece must have whack my eye while i was zzz wif her hahaha... she is getting more n more "hiao" n more n more "teh"... n i tink in another 2 wks time, she is going to protest tat she don wan to go home hahaha... i guess she is growing more n more attached to my household members... not sure if tat is a good sign... hahaha anyway, i have a busy week ahead so guess i wil have to file them at some corner first :-D

Aiyo many people sick ah...

Haiz many colleagues sick ah... Aiyo... 2 down with flu, 1 migraine cum cough/sore throat... looking at them, i really saw my past self... hahaha... fell sick easily... haiz the feeling is really very bad ah... Pray tat they get well soon and come back with new found energy (^_^) hahaha... looks like many people will not be around tomo... my wkend starts tomo afternoon yeah!

Boring day ah...

Due to my blurness, basically i have nothing to do for the day :-( haiz... stuck wif paper work and nothingness... aiyo n don noe when my boss will approve my leave for tomo afternoon n thurs ah... Speaking of which, i do really look forward to the workshop tomo morning (^_^) and so far no news for wat i should be doing next... diao diao diao... hopefully my blurness does not get deeper into me...

Aiyo me today really very blur ah... hahaha... tis morning my colleague passed me something n told me to use it sparingly but i forgot n pour all into the common tank :-( so sotong... boo hoo... maybe can only do it next wk... let my another colleague who is going for course to chiong finish first den i take over... haiz... finally i accept the fact tat i am not the gentle type hahaha... Cos i had to punch 20 lines of 16 wells each before i can acheive the perfect wells ah... hahaha... but felt good tat i manage to do it, good n correct practice makes perfect :-D umm don noe wat to do for the rest of the wk... hai i tink God heard my question of wat i should do if i finish my gel today, so He decided to let me not to finish it first n give me some little trials to test me instead... hee hee going for lunch soon... maybe if i am free enough i wil write more tis afternnon ;-D

Not going to Secret Garden tonight sob sob... And I can't find what I want!!!

Haiz turn out tat secret garden was fully booked... sob sob... but actually i feel more like zzz now... i guess tat is due to the fact tat i have nothing much to do n poor sleep quality last nite :-(

Got problem finding out abt some stuff... Anybody can help wif this following question:
When we run counter-current immunoelectrophoresis, y is there a need to soak the gel in 1.0M NaCl and shake overnight??? N how do methanol and acetic acid fixed an agarose gel??? N one last question hee hee... Is polyacrylamide gel better than agarose gel when performing electrophoresis for protein???

Aiyo... trying to dig for more info using the net as i wrote, but not very helpful... maybe got to dig my old electrophoresis notes hahaha... provided they r stil ard and the information is valid... so any kind soul, generous beings who noe the answer or source which may have the answer, pls kindly let me noe :-D

well surprise surprise surprise... the day turn out to be pretty eventful :-D received my set of practice samples for 2 tests... Phew jux completed half of the set for 1 test... the other gotto wait... my "shi fu" is sick... hope she gets better... haiz think she's not been feeling well for the past 1 wk... umm... finally finish the paperwork too yeah!!! hahaha now waiting for 5.30pm... KNOCK OFF TIME!!!

Hahaha recently got a number of questions on IT... Well i do science but not computer science... i only have enough knowledge to survive in tis IT world hahaha... But anyway, i do thank the ppl who bombed me with questions cos this gave me an opportunity to learn more... jux tat my understanding and knowledge is Pte Ltd so unable to provide much help:-D hmm... nowadays having more n more games n interesting news going on... Nintendo's new platform got a name, Wii!!!! Oh yeah hahaha looking forward to the revolutionalised controller :-D

Feeling more n more "empty" recently... haiz... looks like things been going out but not going in... time to take up some short term courses again... last course taken was abt half a yr ago... umm... should i build on my bank of professional certs or take up a language course... been interested in french for quite short time... should i or not??? hahaha maybe i should go do dance again... was it 7 or 8 yrs since i last dance hahaha...

Lewis during lunch, started on the first n realise that I couldn't take in much... Simply too intriguing... hoo but nevertheless a good book :-D Jux heard from YY tat Kat is feeling quite down... Guessed something happened during the Curtin trip... Haiz... hope she will hang on and not forgetting to turn to God for help... Though i am not sure wat i can do for her, but there is someone who definitely know what to do for her and more than willing to do for her. The rainy day definitely dampen the spirits of many... sob sob... :-(

Y is Nintendo DS so ex ah???

Hai... Ever since the first DS came to Singapore, the price had remained stable at S$350 till now... I am very tempted ah but feel tat it is too ex... plus I saw many reports tat the DS is having problem with the USB charger... Apparently that the ones at Lik Sang (recent batch) is receiving some complains (chk their forum)... Umm... can maxsoft or some other vendor in Singapore verify if such a prob exist??? Umm... S$350 with no free games is quite ex wor...

Training training :-D

Ha ha ha training was quite "yan su" but shared with my colleague about a little joke this morning... Well guys are really getting more, ok, a not-so-nice word, vain... Hahaha met my colleague this morning, well, he jux changed a new hairstyle (he is always changing anyway). Shocked me a little, but apparently he is quite happy/satisfied that he managed to "surprise" someone. Oh yeah, if u didn like the word, vain, nicer way, taking care of their EXterior appearance :-D
